Who We Are

The Mason County Veterans Endowment Fund supports unmet needs of veterans & their families who reside in Mason County. The fund was established in 2009 by Budde Reed & Rick Plummer, both Vietnam combat veterans. The fund has assisted many veterans since its inception, both on its own & in partnership with the county, municipal, and private organizations & agencies.

How the Funds are Managed

Funds from the endowment are held & managed by the Community Foundation for Mason County (affiliate of the Community Foundation of Muskegon County).

Application to recieve a grant from the Veterans Endowment Fund are accepted on an on-going basis & reveiewed by an Advisory Board.
